I've wrote a couple of eBooks and sold them online. Although I'm not complaining about the sales that I made, I might have been able to do better if I had a copy of this book: Sell More Books! Book Marketing and Publishing for Low Profile and Debut Authors: Rethinking Book Publicity after the Digital Revolutions.

Author J. Steve Miller didn't have a degree in music; neither was he a professional musician. Yet, he wrote a book on music that was published by a respected publisher and was translated into Dutch, German, Romanian, Russian and Spanish. He doesn't have a degree in education, yet his educational resources are used by schools and teachers in every state and over 30 countries.

There isn't a whole lot if information in here that tells you how to get it published although he does cover the basic methods in one chapter. And really it doesn't matter how it's published it's the marketing of it that will bring in sales, fame and recognition! And, he understand that various marketing methods aren't for everyone. He says this book will help...
