She claims, "You'll see the difference in the mirror by the 2nd week (losing AT LEAST 5 pounds -- if not more -- of fat)."
There are 60 reviews for the book, and for the ones I scrolled through, they seem very favourable. Hard to believe what 5 minutes a day can do.
I did not download the book to review it. I'm one of these people who don't have any extra body weight and am often referred to as thin. I suppose there could be an extra 5 pounds I could lose, but I'm pretty much the same weight as I was 30 years ago. And weight has a way of falling off me. If I do a little biking while at the cottage this summer, by end of the season my pants will be looking baggy on me.
