Imagine being at the pub with your friends, and the bartender says, the soberest fellow needs to drive home. That's pretty well what this new motion means passed by the Kerry County Council. It sympathizes with those who live in rural areas, and have no other way of getting home. The motion, tabled by Councillor Danny Healy-Rae, passed by a vote of 5-3.
