Glutathione is an antioxidant that our bodies produce to help ward off serious disease. If you're healthy, and eating well, it isn't something you need to worry about. You already have enough which provides you with a means of cellular detoxification. But if you're not health, or eating well, you likely have a deficiency which lowers your immune system.
