Antioxidant to ward off disease

Glutathione-featuredGlutathione is an antioxidant that our bodies produce to help ward off serious disease. If you're healthy, and eating well, it isn't something you need to worry about. You already have enough which provides you with a means of cellular detoxification. But if you're not health, or eating well, you likely have a deficiency which lowers your immune system.

There are numerous clinics around the world that often treat serious illness with oxygen/ozone therapy like the Hospital Santa Monica (Donsbach Clinic) Rosarita Beach, Mexico. It treats cancer with the detoxification of the body, a rigorous course of immune enhancing and rebuilding therapies and many disease-specific treatment protocols, including hyperthermia, oxygen/ozone therapy, light therapy, ultraviolet blood purification, diet and nutrition.

Going to clinics can be very expensive, especially for something your body produces, but accroding to an article in the Huffington Post, "The bad news is that poor diet, pollution, toxins, medications, stress, trauma, aging, infections and radiation all deplete your glutathione.

This leaves you susceptible to unrestrained cell disintegration from oxidative stress, free radicals, infections and cancer. And your liver gets overloaded and damaged, making it unable to do its job of detoxification."

If you're sick, or over fifty, there is a good chance you have glutathione deficiency. The good news is, you can go to the doctor and ask to have this checked in a blood test.

Glutathione is not found in food but the following foods do help your body produce more Glutathione:

  • Avocado
  • Asparagus
  • Broccoli
  • Garlic
  • Raw Eggs
  • Spinach
  • tomatoes

However, great care should be taken when considering raw eggs. Eggs can sometimes be contaminated with Salmonella, although it's very rare that this occurs.

This book is a quick read -- only 36 pages, but it has received some great reviews. And it really doesn't matter if you're fifty and over.... One of the book reviewers, Jane Holland,  says, "I'm 76 and thought love had passed me by. But after doing this work, I reconnected with a high school beau, and now, we are both floating several inches above the ground. We just got married & are like teenagers!"

HA-HA! Maybe there is hope for me yet.... Except, I think I will skip this book. Some of us (me) are happy with the lifestyle choices that have been made. Not everyone is like me. Some people over fifty may actually want to find that perfect love yet. Watch Kathryn's video below to learn more about her.

Outsource your job and stay home

It isn't any secret. Outsourcing work to other countries where the value of the dollar is greater than here at home, has a lot of North American countries sending work to places like India. They can get the same work done by office employees there, for a fraction of the cost of what it would cost here. I suppose since the foreign companies who get this work are contractors, home companies can save a lot of money on the costs by not paying into Employment Insurance, Health benefits, vacation time, etc.

Okay, now let's forget about companies outsourcing.... What if an employee at a local company decided to outsource his own job? Does this sound far-fetched? Maybe; maybe not. That's exactly what one developer did. He goofed off at his desk, and hired someone from China to do his work for him at one-fifth the wages he received.

Think I'll start applying for over fifty jobs 😉 There is good money to be made until you get caught!
